What you would do

• Prepare or oversee cost estimates for Company operated and Other Builder Operator estimates across all gate and funding milestones, with quality assurance reviews.
• Prepare check estimates and schedules to compare with Operated by Others (OBO) operator-submittals.
• Participate in estimate and schedule assessments to verify project cost and schedule bases.
• Contribute to Estimating Group process efficiency tools and quality assurance review improvements.
• Maintain change control and cost reporting; coordinate with the project estimator, planner and scheduler, and the client’s accounting staff.
• Compile monthly progress reports and work with the client’s project manager and team leads on regulated and non-regulated accounting reporting requirements.
