About this role

Role involves overseeing and leading the preparation of project cost estimates, quality assurance reviews, cost planning and reporting. It requires experience in cost and schedule estimation and involves coordinating with the Project Management Team and external clients in Lagos.

What you would do

• Oversee and supervise the preparation and QA review of project cost estimates for Gate and Funding milestones.
• Coordinate the preparation of check estimates and schedules to assess and compare operator submissions.
• Participate in estimate and schedule assessments to verify project cost and schedule bases.
• Lead improvements to estimating processes, efficiency tools, and QA practices.
• Coordinate with the Project Management Team to identify and resolve project issues and support timely delivery.
• Attend project meetings and present monthly project costing and expenditure reports to management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience in cost estimating and/or schedule estimating.
• Strong technical knowledge of project cost planning, scheduling, estimating, and reporting.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder coordination skills.

• Experience providing cost control and planning support to Project Management Teams.
