Cost Estimating Lead III

Cost Estimating Lead III role based in Lagos with Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited. It oversees cost estimate preparation and QA for company-operated and OBO estimates across gate and funding milestones, coordinates check estimates and schedule assessments, and guides improvements to estimating processes and QA within the team.

What you would do

• Oversee cost estimate preparation and QA reviews for company-operated and OBO estimates across gate and funding milestones.
• Coordinate preparation of check estimates and schedules to compare with OBO operator submissions and verify cost and schedule bases.
• Provide leadership and consulting to the Estimating Supervisor on improving estimating processes and QA tools.
• Work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure delivery and completion.
• Attend project meetings with the PMT and external clients.
• Produce monthly project costing reports to monitor expenditures against the budget.
