About this role
A Lagos-based financial services firm is hiring a Corporate Secretary. The role targets applicants with experience in corporate administration and company registrations with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Abuja, and who hold a law degree or ACIS certification.
What you would do
- Liaise with the Corporate Affairs Commission and manage company secretarial duties.
- Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Draft and manage official correspondence and presentations.
- Support governance and board-secretariat functions.
