About this role
The Coordinator, Facilities will plan and supervise Halliburton’s Real Estate Services facility projects in Lagos. Projects may involve design, construction, renovation or replacement of offices, laboratories, manufacturing sites, warehouses and site infrastructure, with budget management and potential supervision of staff and external labour.
What you would do
- Plan and supervise Real Estate Services facility projects, including design, construction, renovation or replacement of offices, labs, manufacturing sites, warehouses and site infrastructure.
- Coordinate diverse activities within the facility function.
- Plan work and administer policies for facility projects.
- Supervise employees and external labour as required.
- Manage budgetary accounts related to facility projects.
- Complete tasks that indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.

- Undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering or a related field.
- Five years of experience in property management.
