Coordinator, End User Device Management Engineer (Analyst)

What you would do

• Maintain availability of end user devices on new installations and upgrades.
• Deploy, upgrade or replace end user devices as needed.
• Update and maintain asset and configuration information and inventory records.
• Coordinate with engineers to track procurement, maintenance and disposal of IT assets.
• Assist incident management by ensuring IT policies are followed and producing management reports.
• Produce regular incident management reports and perform trend analysis to propose improvements.
