About this role

What you would do
- Process import documentation and action amendment requests as required
- Respond promptly to amendment and supplementary requests from customs, customers and the port of loading
- Print Bills of Lading and issue delivery orders to customers and terminals to close cases quickly
- Manage export documentation tasks, including Telex Release instructions, and coordinate with Operations to confirm loaded containers
- Handle customs clearance and loading, attend to customer queries, and support GIFU and GOMT activities to improve cargo readiness
- Track longstanding clearance tasks (GOFU, DIFU, GIFU) and push for timely cargo delivery and empty returns; prepare regular reports for stakeholders
