COO / Head of Operations - Hybrid

About this role

A full-time COO / Head of Operations is sought to lead daily operations at CADSync Consults in Abuja. The role focuses on delivering education, mentoring, coaching and personal development programmes, improving financial performance, managing teams and ensuring programme quality and stakeholder engagement. The role involves budgeting, reporting, process development, and pursuing growth opportunities including digital learning solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in operations or related fields, strong financial literacy, leadership skills and a qualification in accounting, finance or business administration. What you would do

• Lead day-to-day operations and translate strategy into actionable plans.
• Ensure quality programme delivery and learner satisfaction.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, staff development and performance management.
• Promote safeguarding, accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting and cost control.
• Develop operational systems, policies and reporting structures.
• Identify growth opportunities and build partnerships.
• Support development of digital learning solutions.
• Ensure operational efficiency and reporting.
• Coordinate teams and stakeholder engagement.
