Contracts Advisor III

About this role

Contracts Advisor III role with Nautilus Nigeria Engineering and Construction Limited in Lagos. It supports or leads contracting for oil and gas projects, covering early development phases (including conceptual design and FEED) and EPC contract development, through to contract close-out.

What you would do

• Develop contracting strategy, plans, and ITT/bid packages aligned with project requirements.
• Lead or support negotiations of contract terms and conditions.
• Manage contract documentation, correspondence, and endorsements throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate contract administration, change control, and subcontracting plans with the project team.
• Provide pricing and commercial analysis to support contract award recommendations.
• Lead contract close-out planning and settlement of outstanding items.

What they are asking for

• Experience in contracts engineering or administration (preferred).
• Experience in commercial negotiations, contractor management, and contract administration.
• BS in Engineering (preferred).
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites (domestic/overseas).
• Professional qualification or certification (ISM CPM/CPSM, APICS, PMP) or related.
• Broad understanding of project execution and contracting principles.
