Contract Manager

About this role

The Contract Manager will oversee vessel contracts from on-hire to off-hire in line with the charter party and act as the primary client contact during charters. The role includes reviewing scopes of work for enquiries and tenders to ensure the vessel, crew and supporting organisation can meet operational requirements, monitoring downtime and other deviations, and coordinating regular client visits with leadership to represent the company in the energy and marine community.

What you would do

• Manage vessel contracts from on-hire to off-hire in line with the charter party.
• Be the primary client contact during the charter term.
• Review scope of work for enquiries and tenders to confirm vessel, crew and supporting organisation meet operational requirements.
• Advise Commercial of downtime and other deviations that may affect the charter, invoicing or client relations.
• Coordinate with Offshore Director and the commercial team to ensure regular client visits.
• Represent the company in the energy and marine community during client visits.
