Continuous Improvement Analyst

A Continuous Improvement Analyst in Lagos to work with DP World, focusing on analysing business needs and translating them into scalable, technically sound solutions. The role involves collaboration across cross-functional teams and engagement with clients to design, prototype, test, and implement improvements to warehouse and logistics processes.
What you would do
- Document solution architecture and integration points
- Analyse business and client requirements to identify constraints and opportunities
- Collaborate with sales, project management and development teams to align designs with project plans
- Develop prototypes or proof-of-concept solutions and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solution reliability
- Engage with clients during solution demonstrations and provide post-implementation support

- Six Sigma qualification
- BSc in engineering or NQF8 related qualification
- At least five years of warehouse management experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in solution design with a portfolio of implementations
