• Collaborate with Product, Growth, Design, CRM and Customer Experience to execute campaigns.
• Edit and proofread for clarity, accuracy and regulatory compliance.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, English or related discipline.
• 4+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in fintech, banking or financial institutions.
• Experience writing for B2C audiences and understanding consumer behaviour and journeys.
• Proven ability to create conversion-focused copy across digital channels (in-app, website, CRM, email, push notifications).
• Strong written English, editing and proofreading skills; ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
