What you would do

• Respond to social media direct messages and enquiries during weekends when required
• Monitor audience engagement and use insights to improve content performance
• Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly
• Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain a consistent brand presence
• Collaborate with the team to promote services, campaigns, and special offers
• Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for social media platforms
• Plan and manage the content calendar for social media
• Create and edit videos, reels, photos, graphics, and other social media content
• Develop content ideas that attract, educate, and engage the target audience
• Monitor social media trends and create relevant content around them
