What you would do

• Monitor social media trends and relevant marketing strategies for real estate
• Capture and edit photos and videos of properties and site activities
• Manage the company’s social media platforms and online presence
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
• Develop and plan engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional materials
• Create graphics and marketing materials that align with the brand
• Plan, run and optimise paid advertising campaigns
• Support lead generation through digital campaigns and property listings
• Maintain a content calendar and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with teams to align content with marketing objectives

• HND or BSc in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media or related field
