This is a full-time, remote Content and Community Assistant role in Nigeria for HerAura, a feminine wellness brand. The role involves hands-on execution to support content, social media, community and creator activities, with a focus on trend spotting and writing copy for designs. It requires staying plugged into Nigerian internet culture and coordinating with design and video teams to deliver assets.

What you would do

• Research daily trends on TikTok, Instagram, X and relevant online communities to identify content opportunities.
• Write copy for static graphics, carousels, memes and educational posts with hooks and captions.
• Create briefs for designers and editors from ideas and trends; ensure content aligns with the brief.
• Maintain the content calendar and schedule/publish content on Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor comments and DMs; engage with the audience and run engagement activities.
• Identify Nigerian UGC creators and manage outreach for collaborations.
