Consumer Financing & Partnerships Executive
About this role
CARS45 Limited is looking for an experienced Consumer Financing and Partnerships Executive in Lagos. The role focuses on managing the consumer financing lifecycle, building and sustaining partnerships with banks and other financing institutions, and driving growth through financing solutions. The candidate will analyse markets and customers, process financing transactions, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve processes and lead generation. The position supports business growth by enhancing financing strategies and ensuring regulatory and risk compliance. It involves training customers and partners on financing products and reporting on performance metrics.
What you would do
- Lead the end-to-end consumer financing lifecycle.
- Develop and execute financing strategies to attract customers and grow revenue.
- Establish and manage partnerships with banks, NBFIs, and other financing institutions.
- Maintain relationships with financing partners, referral sources and stakeholders.
- Conduct market, consumer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Perform initial credit assessments and support financing transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financing processes and tech platforms.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, data protection and risk management requirements.
- Train customers and partners on financing products and documentation requirements.
- Monitor KPIs and provide monthly and quarterly performance reports.
What they are asking for
- HND or BSc in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Management Sciences, Sales or related field.
- 3 to 5 years post-NYSC experience.
- Experience in consumer financing, banking, investment, business analysis, strategy, project management or business development.
- Experience in B2B partnership management and financial modelling is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of the automotive industry and vehicle models is an advantage.
