What you would do

• Develop and maintain client relationships, identify client needs, and provide tailored financial solutions to enhance satisfaction.
• Achieve and exceed targets in consumer banking sales and marketing.
• Drive credit marketing for IPPIS loans, salary loans, personal loans and other consumer credit facilities to grow the loan portfolio.
• Conduct credit assessments by preparing loan documentation and evaluating applicants’ financial status, references, repayment ability, and risk.
• Ensure compliance with the bank’s credit policies, risk standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with risk management, compliance and securities teams to maintain quality loan assets.
