Consultant, Omni One (Commercial & Manufacturer Growth)
About this role
A full-time on-site sales role in Lagos for selling Omni One, a distribution management platform for FMCG manufacturers. You will engage with manufacturers, use data to demonstrate opportunities, close deals, and stay involved through onboarding to ensure value realization.
What you would do
- Identify and open new FMCG manufacturer opportunities and build a sales pipeline
- Analyze each manufacturer's route-to-market and commercial problems using data
- Engage with decision-makers and present data-driven business cases
- Lead commercial discussions from prospecting to close, including pricing and terms
- Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, packaging and onboarding
- Develop repeatable pitches and playbooks from learnings to support the wider team
What they are asking for
- Experience with FMCG manufacturers in sales, distribution, route-to-market or related commercial roles (minimum 2–5 years)
- Proficiency in data and analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar) to support commercial decisions
- Executive presence and strong presentation skills with ability to debate with senior managers
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills from initial meeting to signature
- Willingness to spend time in depots, distributor warehouses and open markets
- Background in selling B2B solutions or services to FMCG companies (advantage)
