A full-time sales role in Lagos for a Consultant, Omni One (Commercial & Manufacturer Growth) focused on bringing FMCG manufacturers onto the Omni One platform, using data-driven presentations to close deals and drive revenue. The role targets manufacturers with national distribution, from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing value delivery.

What you would do

• Identify and engage FMCG manufacturers with distribution needs
• Map each manufacturer's route-to-market and commercial problems
• Build and present data-driven business cases and presentations
• Manage end-to-end deal process from prospecting to close
• Coordinate pricing, packaging and terms with internal teams
• Onboard new manufacturers and monitor value delivery until live

• Experience in FMCG sales, distribution, route-to-market or commercial operations
• Data and analytics skills (Excel, SQL, Power BI or similar) to support commercial decisions
• 2–5 years in commercial, sales, business development, consulting or related function
• Executive presence and ability to negotiate with a manufacturer's director
• Strong presentation skills and ability to translate data into a persuasive story
• Willingness to spend time in depots, distributor warehouses and open markets
