Lily Hospitals Limited is seeking a Consultant Family Physician to join its clinical team in Delta. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary and preventive care to individuals and families of all ages, while supporting high standards of governance and service delivery.

What you would do

• Deliver high-quality primary and preventive care, including diagnosis, treatment, health promotion, and chronic disease management.
• Conduct consultations for acute and long-term conditions and coordinate referrals.
• Lead multidisciplinary care planning and collaborate with nursing, specialist, and allied health teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in line with professional and organisational requirements.
• Support clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching and mentoring where required.
• Uphold patient safety, confidentiality, ethical practice and regulatory standards.

• Medical degree (MBBS/MBChB or equivalent) with full registration with the relevant medical regulatory body.
• Recognised postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine/General Practice.
• Consultant-level experience in family medicine or primary care.
• Strong clinical judgement, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, patient-centred care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
