Construction Project Manager
About this role
Construction Project Manager needed for a Lagos-based project to oversee the development of a proposed head office building. The role supervises delivery from inception to completion, ensuring timelines, cost control, quality, and regulatory compliance. Suitable for professionals with extensive experience in construction project management within building or infrastructure projects.
What you would do
- Oversee site supervision, quality assurance and safety compliance
- Obtain statutory approvals, manage snagging, handover and project completion
- Prepare and monitor budgets, costs and cash flow
- Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities
- Engage stakeholders and provide regular reports on risk and progress
- Lead consultants, contractors and project teams and manage contracts, procurement and materials

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Project Management, Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, Building Construction Technology or Quantity Surveying/Cost Management
- Membership in a recognised professional body (eg MNIA, MNSE, MNIOB, MNIQS, MCIPMN or PMP)
- Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction processes and cost-management tools
- Minimum of 10 years’ cognate experience in building/infrastructure projects including medium- to high-rise construction
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in project planning and stakeholder management
