What you would do
- Review and approve offers from construction companies for new stores and renovations
- Review and approve construction company invoices
- Clarify and process quality claims
- Decide on costs of parts and materials used by construction companies
- Reject unsuitable construction companies
- Advise the Sales Manager and Expansion Manager on layout options
- Suggest potential new construction companies to the Expansion Manager
- Supervise construction execution and monitor time, budget and quality compliance
- Suggest updates to the Construction Manual
- Conduct on-site reviews of maintenance activities and report risks to the Expansion Manager with solutions

- Minimum B.Sc. in Architecture
- 5+ years' experience as an in-house trained Architect and Project Manager on construction sites with hands-on project costing and construction management
- Knowledge of design policies, international specifications, building regulations and construction details
- Must be a resident of Ibadan

- Exceptional design and conceptual skills for retail architectural projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and MS Project
