About this role
The Construction Manager will oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities in Lagos, ensuring work is safe, on schedule, within budget and aligned with drawings, specifications, quality standards and HSE requirements. The role targets senior-level construction professionals with 8–12 years of relevant experience, including team leadership and subcontractor management.
What you would do
- Plan, coordinate and supervise daily construction activities and site operations.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors and other site personnel.
- Monitor project progress to meet approved schedules and milestones.
- Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, quality standards and approved methodologies.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment and subcontractors for efficient site operations.
- Prepare progress reports and communicate project risks, delays and resource requirements.
