What you would do
- Track mechanical completion, punch-list closure, handover and project close-out.
- Monitor project costs, risks, variations, technical queries and schedule deviations.
- Prepare progress reports and participate in project performance reviews.
- Review construction schedules, installation plans, method statements and progress reports.
- Monitor contractor performance, resource deployment, work schedules and installation milestones.
- Coordinate construction and installation activities with approved project execution plans.
- Manage interfaces among engineering, fabrication, procurement, logistics, marine and offshore execution teams.
- Ensure compliance with project HSE, quality and technical requirements.
- Support constructability reviews, execution planning and readiness assessments.

- 10–15 years of relevant construction and installation project management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Familiarity with HSE management, quality assurance, change management and interface coordination.
- Proven experience managing offshore construction, fabrication, installation or major engineering projects.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
- Knowledge of project planning, cost control, contractor management and offshore execution methods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
