What you would do
- Bake and prepare breads, pastries, cakes, cookies and desserts to the household’s preferences.
- Manage the baking pantry including ingredients, provisioning and budget.
- Plan baking schedules and menus, including celebration cakes and entertaining needs.
- Handle dietary restrictions and allergens such as gluten-free, sugar-free, nut-free and halal.
- Meet food safety, hygiene and storage standards at all times.
- Keep the kitchen and baking equipment clean and in good working order.
- Present baked items and desserts for family dining and guest events.
