Conditioning Monitoring Technician

About this role

A Conditioning Monitoring Technician performs vibration, thermography, oil analysis and other predictive monitoring to detect early equipment deterioration and support proactive maintenance decisions at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc in Oyo. The role targets candidates with hands-on experience in manufacturing or FMCG settings and a background in mechanical engineering or a related technical field.

What you would do

• Conduct scheduled condition monitoring using vibration analysis, thermography, ultrasound and other tools.
• Generate reports from monitoring tools and import thermography results to close work orders in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Collect, analyse and interpret condition monitoring data to identify early signs of equipment deterioration.
• Raise work orders or alerts for equipment with abnormal trends.
• Support root cause analysis by providing historical trend and diagnostic data.
• Maintain accurate condition monitoring records and update the CMMS/EAM system.

What they are asking for

• OND or HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of three years of cognate experience in manufacturing, production or FMCG environments.
• Relevant certifications in Total Production Management (TPM) and ISO standards.
