A Compound Cleaner is needed to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s outdoor areas and compound. The role targets individuals who are honest, punctual, disciplined and capable of working with minimal supervision while following hotel procedures and safety rules. What you would do

• Sweep and clean the hotel compound, walkways, driveways, entrances and parking areas
• Keep entrances and surrounding areas clean and presentable at all times
• Remove leaves, dirt, debris and cobwebs from outdoor areas
• Empty and dispose of outdoor waste bins at designated points
• Clean outdoor seating areas and other assigned outdoor spaces
• Maintain cleanliness around fences, gates and external areas
• Ensure waste bins are clean and properly positioned
• Dispose of waste according to waste management procedures
• Assist with simple grounds maintenance tasks (e.g., watering plants, keeping equipment in good condition)
• Report maintenance issues or sanitation problems to the supervisor
