Compliance Specialist

What you would do

• Coordinate compliance monitoring and risk management across the group's operating entities
• Identify regulatory requirements and maintain a register of compliance obligations
• Conduct targeted compliance reviews, risk assessments and control evaluations
• Investigate discrepancies, suspected breaches and non-compliance; document findings and propose corrective actions
• Monitor compliance with data protection, information security, contractual, ethical and regulatory requirements
• Assess applicability of anti-money laundering, anti-bribery and other financial crime controls
• Develop and review policies, procedures, checklists and reporting templates
• Track identified gaps and follow up on corrective and preventive actions
• Prepare periodic compliance reports for management highlighting risks and issues
• Support compliance awareness programmes and promote a culture of integrity and accountability

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, Information Technology or related field
• Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in compliance, risk management, internal control, audit, regulatory affairs or related field
• Experience in a group of companies or holding company environment
• Experience coordinating compliance across subsidiaries or multiple business units (advantage)
• Experience in compliance reviews, risk assessments, investigations, control testing or regulatory monitoring
• Strong proficiency in AI tools for research, data analysis, documentation and reporting
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, corporate governance and risk-based control practices
• Excellent analytical, investigative, communication, report-writing and problem-solving skills
• High integrity, discretion, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple assignments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and relevant professional certifications (advantage)
