Compliance & Government Relations Consultant

About this role

Part-time Compliance and Government Relations Consultant to support ProTaxi's regulatory readiness in the FCT, including operator licensing and ongoing relationships with transport authorities and driver associations. The role reports to the General Manager / Country Operations Lead.

What you would do

• Manage the FCTA e-hailing operator licensing process and ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate DRTS requirements and the driver documentation pathway.
• Support regulatory API/data requirements in coordination with the ProDevs delivery team.
• Advise on driver licensing, permits, registration and association requirements.
• Manage relationships with government bodies and driver associations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and provide early warning of changes affecting ProTaxi or electric vehicles.

• Existing working relationships with relevant FCT transport authorities.
• Experience supporting licensing/compliance for an e-hailing, transport or mobility operator.
• Knowledge of driver licensing, permits, registration and driver association requirements.
• Ability to manage relationships with government bodies and driver associations.
• Familiarity with regulatory data/API requirements.
• Availability for a part-time retained engagement.
