What you would do
- Assist in preparing and monitoring capital budgets for completions and well design.
- Ensure accurate and sustainable quality of data for timing projects.
- Interact daily with completion foreman and drilling leadership.
- Engage with completion service companies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Identify and apply industry best practices for completions.
- Collaborate with safety, environmental and field operations personnel to optimise safety performance.
- Support review of drill and completion designs and operations.
- Evaluate new technology and subsea systems where applicable.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
- Maintain documentation and reporting as required.

- BS Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of completions design, equipment, operations, standards and specifications (may include subsea systems).
- Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, heavy workloads and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Fluency in English for technical and business communication.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
