About this role
Nestal Concept Limited in Abuja is seeking a full-time Company Driver to support daily real estate operations. The role involves transporting staff, clients, and potential property buyers or tenants to inspections, meetings, and other official engagements across Abuja. The driver should be punctual, professional, safety-conscious, with good knowledge of Abuja roads, and capable of maintaining a presentable company vehicle. The company focuses on property sales, rentals, short-let accommodation, and real estate consultancy, and aims to provide reliable property solutions and professional service. The driver may be required to perform routine vehicle checks, maintain records, and support other operational duties as needed.
What you would do
- Follow traffic regulations and company safety policies
- Move company documents and inspection materials as needed
- Keep accurate records of trips, fuel use, mileage, and vehicle maintenance
- Interact with clients and visitors in a polite, professional manner
- keep the company vehicle clean, neat, and presentable
- Ensure timely arrival at property inspections and appointments
- Transport staff, clients, and prospective buyers or tenants to inspections, site visits, meetings, and official engagements
- Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, oil, tyres, brakes, coolant, etc)
- Support other reasonable operational duties from management
- Maintain confidentiality regarding clients and company information
