Company Accountant

What you would do
- Maintain up-to-date financial records and accounting entries
- Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and financial summaries
- Monitor income, expenses, invoices, payments, and receivables
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank accounts and other financial records
- Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow, and expenditure
- Track project-related expenses and support financial monitoring across projects
- Ensure proper documentation and approval of financial transactions
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables
- Support payroll preparation and routine financial processes

- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
- Professional accounting qualification or relevant certification is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, reporting and financial controls
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Experience with creative agencies, media, advertising, technology or project-based businesses is an advantage
