Community Pharmacist
About this role
A Community Pharmacist role for a multinational provider of digital healthcare infrastructure, based in Lagos, to deliver clinical leadership across two pharmacy locations. The role involves overseeing dispensing, supervising pharmacy sales staff, conducting basic health screenings, and ensuring PCN regulatory compliance.
What you would do
- Dispense medications safely and provide dosage guidance.
- Review prescriptions and ensure safe dispensing of medications.
- Supervise Sales Clerks and ensure proper customer service and drug handling.
- Conduct BP, BMI and blood glucose screenings.
- Monitor drug storage, expiry dates and stock conditions.
- Ensure compliance with PCN regulations.
What they are asking for
- B.Pharm from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in community or retail pharmacy.
- Strong knowledge of medications, dosages and drug interactions.
- Good digital/POS and inventory management skills.
- Fluent in communicating in English and Yoruba.
