Community Moderator (External Contractor) - USA/Canada

What you would do
- Moderate the online community and enforce guidelines
- Provide non-technical support to students within the community
- Organise and maintain the online platform and handle violation posts
- Occasionally support the Community Manager with performance summaries
- Support forum activities and brainstorm engagement ideas with the Community Manager
- Attend regular online meetings with Udacity representatives
- Be responsive in group discussions with Udacity representatives
- Ensure members have a fun and engaging learning environment
