Community Manager, The Living Room
About this role
Role focuses on growing and engaging a local community for The Living Room at YellowDoor Hotels in Abuja, turning participation into restaurant visits and bookings. Targeted at individuals with experience building communities among Abuja creatives and business professionals, with responsibility for online and in-person engagement and brand voice.
What you would do
- Grow active conversations on Instagram, WhatsApp and email
- Plan and host at least two community events monthly
- Write and publish member spotlights and weekly resources
- Manage event budgets, partners, promotion and follow-up
- Track participation and repeat attendance
- Measure community impact on visits or bookings

- Measured experience in growing communities among Abuja creatives and business networks
- End-to-end event management experience
- Warm brand writing ability
- Experience in community reporting or analytics
- Familiarity with hospitality or lifestyle communities (nice to have)
