Community Health Champions

About this role

VitalResponse Network Limited is recruiting independent Community Health Champions in Lagos. CHCs visit patients at home or work to perform routine vital signs checks, enroll individuals into preventative health cover, and coordinate with telehealth doctors on abnormal readings. The role offers flexible hours based on the CHC’s schedule, with earnings coming from enrolment bonuses and monthly monitoring rewards. What you would do

• Visit patients at home or work for routine vitals checks (BP, blood sugar, pulse, weight)
• Enrol new individuals and families into preventative health cover
• Collaborate with assigned telehealth doctors on abnormal readings
• Choose own hours and visit schedule around daily routine
