Communications Manager

A Communications Manager position in Lagos within Paga's Marketing team. The role focuses on developing and executing internal and external communications, shaping brand narratives, and managing executive visibility and content across multiple platforms for stakeholders and customers.

What you would do

• Develop and execute internal and external communications plans aligned to strategy
• Create executive speaking platforms including speech writing and some event management
• Coordinate communications with company and business unit initiatives
• Identify story ideas across the business and oversee brand campaigns across channels
• Support Business Unit Heads and CEO office with press and events
• Write and edit press materials, marketing copy and content for various formats

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing or Advertising
• 6+ years of copywriting and content creation experience in relevant fields
• Mandatory NYSC completion
• Understanding of local media landscape and social media; PR program innovation
• Team player able to collaborate across disciplines; interest in technology
• Excellent digital, social and integrated marketing experience
