Communication Executive

About this role

The Communications Executive will support the development and execution of corporate communication and marketing initiatives to strengthen the organisation's brand and engagement with internal and external stakeholders. The role is based in Rivers.

What you would do

• Create and refine communication and marketing materials (press releases, speeches, reports, newsletters, website content, blog posts and social media content).
• Maintain consistent brand messaging across internal and external channels.
• Conduct audience research and stakeholder engagement to understand perceptions and needs.
• Prepare reports on communications performance and provide management recommendations.
• Manage and promote corporate content across digital and social media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with media representatives and coordinate interviews and press activities.

• Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, journalism, or media relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with excellent presentation and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and content development skills.
• Proficiency with digital and social media platforms; knowledge of branding and corporate publications.
• Strong organisational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
