- Assist Commis 1 in duties as required.
- Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner orders per menu.
- Ensure equipment handling and maintenance.
- Promote effective employee relations and teamwork.
- Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in the section.
- Comply with health and safety policies and hotel procedures.
