Commercialisation Project Manager
About this role
A Commercialisation Project Manager leads medium-sized innovation, product and supply chain projects from concept to implementation, ensuring timely, on-budget and compliant product launches and portfolio changes for FrieslandCampina WAMCO Nigeria. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams and managing risks to deliver business objectives.
What you would do
- Lead end-to-end projects from initiation through implementation and handover.
- Drive cross-functional readiness for product launches across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement and Quality.
- Coordinate product and SKU changes including pack extensions and export readiness initiatives.
- Conduct risk assessments across sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and regulatory processes and implement mitigation plans.
- Coordinate regulatory readiness activities including product registrations and artwork approvals.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards and regular updates on performance, risks, costs and milestones.
What they are asking for
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing).
- 5–8 years' experience in Project Management, Commercialization, Innovation, Supply Chain or Product Development in FMCG.
- Experience with business case development, budgeting and project governance.
- PMP, Prince2, Agile or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
