Commercial Services Manager
About this role
A Commercial Services Manager is sought to manage client relationships, drive revenue growth and oversee proposals for corporate clients in an outsourced HR/insurance services firm. The role targets candidates with sales experience in insurance or brokerage and a relevant degree, based in Lekki, Lagos.
What you would do
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients
- Develop strategies to drive revenue and profitability growth
- Serve as main contact for key corporate clients
- Prepare and present insurance proposals and quotations
- Identify and close new business opportunities to exceed revenue targets
- Maintain relationships to support client retention and service delivery
