What you would do

• Execute branch commercial sales strategy to meet sales targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and acquire new accounts
• Present products to prospective customers and drive sales opportunities
• Provide feedback on market needs and product development
• Convert service recovery into business opportunities and maintain client loyalty
• Visit clients to assess needs and promote products and services
• Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs
• Identify acceptable lending risk and maximise profit within risk appetite
• Ensure compliance with KYC and bank policies; manage documentation for portfolio
• Deliver consistent customer service and maintain service standards
