About this role

Avinell Cantagali is seeking licensed partners to join a small team of commercial real estate professionals in Lagos. The role involves handling live mandates across office, retail, hospitality, land and warehouse assets, supported by the company’s systems, leadership and brand. It offers a base pay on a task basis plus commission on each closed deal, with a pathway to become a Licensed Partner and participate in profit-sharing. The position requires engaging with landlords and owners, advising on pricing, managing enquiries and negotiations, and maintaining a deal pipeline in Zoho CRM. Training is provided through Avinell Academy, culminating in eligibility to become a Licensed Agent and pursue partnership.

What you would do

• Hold structured conversations with landlords and property owners
• Advise on pricing and positioning before marketing begins
• Manage enquiries, inspections, negotiations, and closures with tenants and buyers
• Keep deal pipeline up to date in Zoho CRM
• Share short weekly activity updates

• At least 3 years experience in banking, finance, relationship management, or commercial real estate in Lagos
• Bachelor's degree or HND
