Commercial Project Manager
About this role
The Commercial Project Manager role in Lagos acts as the financial partner to the Sales and Project Management teams, handling all financial and commercial aspects of service projects throughout the lifecycle. It is targeted at professionals with a background in finance, business administration or commercial project management, with experience in industrial or engineering projects preferred.
What you would do
- Review financial and commercial terms of customer proposals and Master Frame Agreements.
- Determine pricing in contract negotiations.
- Provide commercial support during project execution.
- Manage all commercial and financial aspects of assigned service projects.
- Perform monthly revenue recognition, forecasting and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS 15, local GAAP, tax regulations and internal policies.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Finance, Business Administration or Commercial Project Management.
- Experience supporting project execution in industrial or engineering environments is preferred.
- Experience managing project financials across the full project lifecycle.
- Proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Excel; knowledge of IFRS 15 and US GAAP; PoC accounting and cash flow management.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; knowledge of a third language is an advantage.
