What you would do
- Structure, negotiate, draft, review and advise on commercial agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, investments and financing
- Identify risks in contracts and suggest mitigation strategies
- Provide corporate advisory support including governance and regulatory compliance
- Attend client meetings and manage client relationships with practical legal input
- Prepare incorporation, governance documents and closing transaction paperwork
