A growing FMCG company in Lagos seeks an experienced Commercial Director to lead sales, distribution, marketing and route-to-market activities, driving revenue growth, market expansion and profitability. What you would do

• Oversee sales, distribution, marketing and route-to-market activities
• Establish commercial reporting, governance and performance monitoring
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance and Marketing to align priorities with capacity and financial goals
• Guide marketing strategy, brand development and product launches
• Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage; lead and coach commercial teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field
• Typically 15+ years of progressive FMCG commercial experience including at least 5 years in senior leadership
• Strong experience in the Nigerian trade and distribution environment
• Experience leading sales, marketing, distribution or broader commercial functions
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification an advantage
• Experience in packaged food or high-volume consumer goods preferred
