What you would do

• Contact defaulting customers via phone, email and other means to demand overdue payments.
• Maintain daily activity logs of calls, contacts, promises to pay and promises kept.
• Verify information on overdue arrears and follow up with calls.
• Negotiate payment plans and settlements to prevent accounts from rolling forward.
• Track payments by following up on pending promises.
