Moniepoint Incorporated is recruiting for a Collections Agent (Hybrid) in Lagos. The role involves managing a portfolio of delinquent loan accounts, following up on overdue payments, and meeting recovery targets. You will document interactions, escalate high-risk cases, and monitor Promise-to-Pay commitments, while ensuring professional and compliant customer communications. What you would do
- Manage an assigned portfolio of delinquent loan accounts
- Initiate timely follow-up on overdue payments
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery and productivity targets
- Document all customer interactions, agreements, and case updates in the system
- Escalate high-risk or unresolved accounts per internal policies
- Monitor and follow up on Promise-to-Pay commitments
- Maintain professional and compliant customer interactions
- Contact customers via approved channels to negotiate repayment and secure commitments
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal collections policies
- Follow structured workflows and support operational functions as required
