What you would do
- Manage a portfolio of delinquent loan accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Contact customers through approved channels to negotiate repayments and secure commitments.
- Document all customer interactions, agreements, and case updates in the system.
- Monitor Promise-to-Pay commitments and work to convert them and reduce rollovers.
- Escalate high-risk or unresolved accounts per recovery policies.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recovery and productivity targets.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, call frequency rules, and internal policies.
- Maintain professional, customer-focused communication at all times.
