What you would do
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding loan accounts.
- Maintain weekly communication with approximately 200 clients in the portfolio.
- Make proactive calls and follow-ups to secure repayments.
- Collaborate with the Finance Team to reconcile payments and track repayments.
- Monitor repayment patterns and identify early delinquency signs.
- Ensure weekly loan repayments are made on time by each client.
- Escalate unresolved disputes to the Collections Manager.
- Document all client conversations, agreements, and revised commitments in the PMS.
- Manage and monitor the portfolio’s performance and take corrective actions for late or missed payments.
- Prepare periodic reports on arrears and portfolio performance.
